Poster session application

The content should be related to the theme of the seminar. It can be based on your research or endeavor of the English language programs (your department) or of your university.
The poster size may be up to 1091mm x 788mm. The poster should be displayed vertically. The language used on the poster should be English or Japanese. - Qualifications
The first author needs to be a JACET member and has paid annual membership fee (2023). If the first author is not a member, please join JACET before submitting the paper. https://www.jacet.org/about_jacet/how_to_join_jacet/
JASELE members (including non-JASELE 8 regional members) can also submit the application.
In case of group presentations, only the first author is required to be a JACET member or a JASELE members (including non-JASELE 8 regional members). If we cannot confirm the payment of your annual membership fee (2023), we cannot accept your poster. - Poster Presentation Schedule

平素より、JACET の研究活動にご尽力、ご協力を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、「第11回英語教育セミナー」におけるポスター発表の募集のお知らせです。会場は文教大学越谷キャンパスとなります。申込方法などの詳細は下記の通りです。多くの皆様からの積極的なご参加をお待ちしております。
【日時】：2024 年 3月 23日（土） 10:00 – 17:00
【会場】：文教大学越谷キャンパス
【発表資格】
第一発表者がJACET正会員であり、2023年度の年会費を振り込み済であること。または第一発表者が全国英語教育学会・地区学会会員であること。

ポスター展示開始： 9:45より
ポスター発表時間： 14:00-14:30
ポスター終了時間： 17:15
場所：14号館 14101 教室
【ポスター発表要領】
発表言語：英語または日本語
内容：英語教育セミナーのテーマに関連した内容、または個人、教育機関による英語教育における試み。要旨（和文 600字・英文 300ワード）。
サイズ：模造紙サイズ(四六判1091mm×788mm) まで、縦長使用のこと
ポスター数：１枚
ポスター掲示：掲示場所は 14号館 14101 教室の廊下壁面
ポスター発表を実際に行う報告者名をポスターに明記して下さい。

第11回英語教育セミナーの開催は対面のみとなります。ポスター発表も発表者全員の方におかれましては対面でのご発表をお願いいたします。
